One Light Left is the emotional heart of Tickety Boo’s debut album. Its uplifting sound carries an honest story about depression, declining mental health and the moments when someone may feel there is nowhere left to turn.

The title track began in 2025 after one of Phil’s closest friends experienced a severe mental-health crisis and survived two suicide attempts. While supporting his recovery, Phil was also struggling. When ordinary words would not come, he wrote the song.

The chorus holds the album’s central message: there is always one light left. That light might be a friend, a partner, family, or an organisation such as Andy’s Man Club. Hope is never completely gone.
