One Light Left is the new album and title single from Tickety Boo, released 6 February 2027. The campaign is being created in collaboration with Andy’s Man Club to raise awareness of men’s mental health, encourage honest conversations and help prevent male suicide.

WHAT ANDY’S MAN CLUB DOES

Andy’s Man Club is a men’s suicide-prevention charity offering free, peer-to-peer support groups across the UK. The groups give men a safe, non-judgmental place to talk, listen and realise they are not alone. Meetings take place every Monday at 7pm, except bank holidays. There is no charge and no referral is required.

WHY ONE LIGHT LEFT

The title song faces depression and declining mental health honestly, while holding on to one essential message: however dark life becomes, there is always one light left. That light might be a friend, a partner, family, a support group or simply the first conversation that changes everything.
